The Innovation Champions’ Club is the brainchild of its founders,

Nandita, a management consultant, and Neha, a visual and performing artist.

They combine the skills from their varied backgrounds, to create a unique and relevant programme.

    About Us

    img
    img

Nandita completed her MS in Finance and then worked with KPMG in India before doing her MBA from Imperial College Business School. On completing her MS, an intensive programme, she felt that if asked a question, she was proficient in theory but had no confidence to apply her education in the corporate world. While pursuing her MBA in London, she stumbled upon a Harvard Business Review article on ‘Design Thinking’.

Based on intensive study, Nandita created different short courses and workshops tailored for people of different age groups and backgrounds including corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and older students. With her sister Neha, she finally created the programme called The Innovation Champions’ Club which takes children through the entire journey of innovation.

Neha’s Journey began with her choice of education itself – she is a graduate of the Royal College of Art in London and was a student of Fine Art, MSU, Baroda, as well as the Golden Bridge Pottery, Pondicherry. Innovation, for her, translates into an alternate way of living and working on a farm in rural Maharashtra.

Always curious and interested in numerous things at the same time, Neha has developed a multidisciplinary practice over the years. She has chosen to negotiate various roles – as dancer, ceramicist, researcher, teacher, choreographer, administrator, activist, collaborator – that inform one another and broaden her approach as an artist and maker.
